SUPPORTED VENDOR FAQ

Creative Whïn Foundation (CWF)

This FAQ is designed to clarify how the Supported Vendor Network works and reduce common questions.

A Supported Vendor is a business, professional, or organization that supports Creative Whïn Foundation through a monthly gift and may be considered for service opportunities aligned with CWF programs when needs arise.

Supported Vendor status does not guarantee work, contracts, or referrals.

No. The monthly contribution:

  • supports the Hardship Program
  • is not a payment for marketing or advertising
  • does not buy visibility or placement
  • does not guarantee referrals or contracts

It is mission-aligned support combined with ethical relationship-based visibility.

The minimum monthly contribution is:

$12 / $27 / $42 (or higher)

All Supported Vendors are treated equally regardless of gift amount.

If monthly contributions stop:

  • Supported Vendor status becomes inactive
  • your business is removed from vendor consideration
  • status may be reactivated upon resuming monthly contributions

No. Referrals depend on:

  • program needs
  • geography
  • timing
  • availability
  • capacity
  • resident needs

CWF actively aims to place work with Supported Vendors when possible, but placement is not guaranteed.

Vendors may include:

  • landlords / housing providers
  • contractors / trades / maintenance
  • community organizations
  • logistics and services
  • administrative services
  • professional support providers
  • workforce & education
  • mission-aligned investors (non-securities)

All vendors must operate ethically and professionally.

No. Supported Vendors:

  • remain independent businesses
  • are not employees or agents of CWF
  • manage licensing, insurance, and taxation independently

Payment responsibility depends on the program and may vary by case. Possible scenarios include:

  • participant pay
  • third-party pay (e.g., landlord)
  • partner pay
  • sponsor pay
  • foundation pay (limited, program-specific)

CWF determines payment structure based on need, program alignment, and available resources. No payment arrangements are guaranteed.

Vendor selection is based on:

  • service fit
  • licensing & compliance
  • location & coverage area
  • capacity & availability
  • program requirements
  • resident or community needs

CWF reserves discretion to engage or decline vendors for any reason.

Vendors may increase consideration likelihood by:

  • maintaining active monthly status
  • completing full intake documentation
  • providing insurance & licensing (if applicable)
  • defining service coverage areas
  • offering reasonable turnaround times
  • confirming availability when contacted

These factors influence fit, not entitlement.
